The situation
A student looking for online tutoring ends up using four separate tools: one to find a teacher, one for video lessons, one to exchange homework and notes, another to pay. On the teacher's side it's worse — calendar, student list, payment tracking and content all live somewhere else. Because none of them know about each other, nobody sees the whole picture of a student.
What we built
One platform: separate portals for students, teachers and parents, on a shared data model. Live lessons open inside the platform, and the recording lands on the student's lesson automatically. Homework, mock exam results, study plans and coaching programmes all hang off the same student record. Messaging is real-time and turns into a push notification on mobile. Payments, packages and subscriptions run in the same system.
Approach
One team took on all of it: design, website, mobile app and the server side. The site was translated into seven languages, and each language was set up for search engines in its own right. Page speed and the mobile experience were improved by measurement, not by feel. Releases go out without taking the site down — visitors never notice. And once it's live the system stays with us: monitoring, backups and incident response included.
Outcome
The web platform is live. The Android app is on Google Play: version 1.12.0, last updated September 13, 2026. App and web share the same account and the same data — a student can start homework on their phone and finish it on a laptop.
