What data, and why
The name, email, organisation (optional), subject and message you enter in the contact form are processed only to reply to your request. Your IP address is stored with the message to protect the form against abuse. It is not used for anything else and is never added to a marketing list. If you allow Google Analytics, the pages you view, your device and browser type and your approximate location are recorded; we use this only to see visit counts. This record does not include your name or email.
Legal basis
For the contact form: Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) art. 5/2-c (necessary to enter into a contract) and art. 5/1 (explicit consent — the checkbox on the form). For Google Analytics: art. 5/1 (explicit consent — the "Accept" button on the cookie banner). Sending visit data to Google is a transfer abroad under art. 9 and happens only with your consent.
Retention
Messages are received by email and deleted within one month after the request is closed.
Sharing
Your form data is not shared with anyone except to reply to you, is never sold and is not used for advertising. The instant notification our team receives for a new message contains no personal data. If you allowed it on the cookie banner, visit data is sent to Google Analytics and to no one else.
Cookies and visit measurement
We count visits in two ways. Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookies and does not identify you. Google Analytics runs only if you allow it; it sets cookies and sends visit data to Google (abroad). If you decline, nothing is sent to Google. You can change your choice with the "Cookie preference" link at the bottom of the page.
Your rights (KVKK art. 11)
You can ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, and object. Requests via Telegram: t.me/TelegraOneConnect. We reply within 30 days.
